We’ll go at your pace, make sense of what’s weighing on you, and work together to find ways forward that feel true to you. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, personalized, and rooted in realness. My approach combines traditional talk therapies with expressive approaches like music therapy, along with humor and honest conversation. I work with youth ages 8+, young adults, and adults from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ folks navigating gender and sexuality, family dynamics, relationships, and the impact of living in a world that doesn’t always feel affirming. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if past therapy experiences haven’t felt safe or inclusive.
