At Canyon Counseling, we approach every client as an individual with their own set of needs. Depending on those needs, we utilize a variety of modalities including Solutions-Focused (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). No matter the person or concern, we provide a passionate and caring approach for clients to work through all of life’s challenges, whether that be chronic illness, major life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, or a sexual and gender identity journey.
