Hello! My name is Kelly Lansden and I am a nonbinary counselor located in Birmingham, AL. I provide telehealth and in-person counseling services for issues including anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, gender identity, sexuality, trauma, chronic illness and chronic pain. I believe in a collaborative relationship with my clients and am able to utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative therapy and motivational interviewing.
