My journey into psychiatry began with a deep curiosity about the human experience — how we think, feel, struggle, and grow. I started my academic path at New York University and went on to complete medical school and residency in psychiatry at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, where I was trained in both medication management and psychotherapy. In my practice, I blend medication, therapy, and lifestyle support in a deeply compassionate, individualized way.
