We are proud to provide evaluations and referral letters of support for gender affirming care, including hormone replacement therapy and gender affirming surgery, for folks residing in New Jersey and Massachusetts This is done on a no-cost / donate what you can basis. We acknowledge that these letter requirements are barriers and we want to help you access the care you are seeking!
