I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming, anti-racist therapist. I use feminist, person-centered, & psychodynamic approaches to support adolescents and adults identify barriers to growth and make meaningful changes. I also work with couples and polyamorous folks, and am trained in EMDR for trauma work. My work focuses on what is happening on the inside as well as external factors impacting your wellbeing. I support reproductive justice and bodily autonomy. I am a member of the integrative care collaborative Charlotte Trans Health, which allows me to continue learning how to provide effective, sensitive, and responsive gender affirming care to my trans and gender expansive clients.
