I’m Shelby (they/them), and as someone who identifies within the LGBTQ+ community, I’m unfortunately aware of how challenging it is to find providers who understand our experience as a sexual and gender minority (SGM). Although everyone’s experience is different, I understand what you are going through, how you’re feeling and some thoughts that have crossed your mind. Together we’ll problem solve, explore thought patterns and you’ll receive support.
