Hello and thank you for looking at my profile. Here’s a brief summary of the different services I provide through my private practice which is located in Weston Ontario, in a cosy home office. It is my truest mandate that all people deserve space to heal and be seen. Couples Therapy Using an Emotionally Focused Lens (EFT) I will support your understanding of the root of your problem to deepen connection, improve communication, and repair relationships. All forms of relationships are welcome in this space. All people belong. Addiction Therapy Whether it be problematic gambling, substances, food, technology, sex, pornography etc. I have specific training and experience in working with people who are living with a problematic relationship with addiction and are looking for change. Perinatal Therapy If you are in any stage of a perinatal journey (trying to conceive, pregnant, post partum/4th trimester) I will support your path. Support is offered individually or if you would like someone else to come along. Brainspotting Brainspotting is an incredible tool used to help individuals process trauma and unresolved memories. I am a Brainspotting Practitioner and am keen to bring this powerful technique to you, whether it is to resolve a painful memory, address chronic pain, or help remember details of a specific sitution.
