Together we’ll explore what it’s like to be you, grapple with micro- and macro-aggressions, unpack societal expectations and biases, and process how all of this informs your relationships with yourself/others/the world around you. My integrative approach to therapy includes a blend of psychodynamic philosophy (exploring thought and emotional experiences) and existential elements (finding meaning and purpose in life), ultimately tailored to each individual, couple/relationship, and group.
