Most of all, you just want to be happy. That’s where I come in. Therapy with me is a mix of warmth, humor, collaboration, and some swearing (if that’s your jam.) Together we will connect the dots and give you tools for real, lasting change. We will have deep, meaningful conversations and you will get practical strategies that actually help. Sometimes that means venting about your week. Other times it means doing the deeper work, like unpacking patterns, challenging old narratives, and practicing tools that make a difference in your daily life.
