Sometimes we need someone who “sees” us, understands us, and is able to partner with us in our struggles. I work with clients with issues ranging from workplace/career issues to childhood trauma. The human response to suffering is complex where intertwined systems react - mind, body, and spirit. I help my clients put the pieces together, and recognize how their pain may be manifesting in their life. Many times my clients struggle with not knowing how they feel or what they think. I work with my clients on building tools that help them unravel their systems, recognize behavior patterns, and improve their well-being. I work predominantly with depression, anxiety, identity issues, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. I am body positive, sex-positive, non-monogamy affirmative, LGBTQ+ affirming & allied, and kink-allied. I specialize in LGBTQIA+, 2nd generation racial/cultural struggles, identity issues, religious trauma, executive/professional struggles, and sexual harassment. It is important to feel comfortable & safe with whomever you work with. Finding a therapist requires a deep alliance & healing hinges on the therapeutic relationship. When you are struggling, that relationship becomes even more important. There is no "one-size-fits-all" with therapy. I create a treatment plan for you, aligned with your goals, & who you are.
