She also assists in treating stress management, toxic relationships, communication skills, codependency, problem-solving, depression, anxiety, anger, and other impulsive behaviors. With 3 1/2 years of clinical experience, Ashley-Lauren is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges through a holistic and empathetic approach. Holding a Masters of Science in Professional Counseling and Post-Grad Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Grand Canyon University. Ashley-Lauren utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and is in the process of learning Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). By creating a safe and supportive environment, Ashley-Lauren helps clients explore their emotions, understand their behaviors, and build lasting strategies for personal growth and well-being.
