I offer gender affirming and inclusive care at my practice in a warm and welcoming space. I see clients in-person and virtually. I specialize in relationships, anxiety and mood concerns, trauma, racial identity, and disordered eating. I excel at helping adults with overworking, reducing stress and burnout, improving work-life balance, and navigating life transitions or unexpected life changes, like grief or divorce. I also have specialized trauma training and experience working with LGBTQI and BIPOC communities. I believe each of us has a joyful, hopeful place within us, and sometimes we need guidance accessing this and the joy possible in our lives in order to be our best selves. I like to incorporate skills work and strategies to give you practical tools to improve your everyday life. I take a non-judgmental, client-centered approach to individual care, and invite clients to collaborate with me on reaching and developing their goals. Clients may incorporate spirtuality into the work if they wish. We will determine what is the best for your treatment and care together.
