Hi there! I believe that everyone deserves the chance to live a full, joyful life—even when they’re facing tough challenges or systemic barriers. I’m passionate about working with people living with chronic illness or pain, exploring their identities, navigating life transitions, dealing with academic stress, facing the challenges that come with aging, and about always providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and truly seen while you explore your values, uncover your strengths, and move toward a more meaningful life. As a queer therapist and someone who understands what it’s like to live with a disability, I understand the unique grief that can come with living in a world that often isn’t built with our identities in mind. I use warmth, humor, and compassion, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel scary or overwhelming, and I want you to know that you don’t have to face it alone—I’m here to walk alongside you.
