Being invited to walk alongside a person through their healing journey is one of the greatest honors of my life. I am a trauma therapist and I use EMDR and IFS therapies because I find them as the best for non-shaming, compassionate healing. My practice centers adults who want to heal emotional wounds of any kind, especially attachment wounds from family of origin or intimate partner relationships. My therapeutic values include gentleness, warmth, cultural humility, and respecting the pace that each individual needs in their process of healing. I cherish and celebrate human diversity and welcome people from all cultures, races, genders, sexualities, abilities, and backgrounds. I’m grateful to be able to offer therapy in-person in Memorial, Houston, TX or online throughout Texas and California.
