I specialize in treating clients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, PTSD, substance use issues and those who feel chronically misunderstood. I am culturally sensitive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and enjoy working with people from all walks of life. If you would like a non-judgmental therapist who listens, meets you where you are, and offers a collaborative treatment approach, please contact me. I am committed to helping you to heal and build the life you want. ~ I offer an evidence-based model of care that is trauma-informed, strengths-based and person-centered. My theoretical orientation is eclectic. Therapeutic interventions are customized to the individual and may include Cognitive-Behavioral, Interpersonal Social Rhythm, Existential, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and others. ~ I respect and value the diversity of my clients.
