We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, your hopes for the process, and any patterns or experiences that may feel important to understand more deeply. I approach therapy through a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and body-aware lens, integrating EMDR, somatic therapy, and attachment-focused approaches. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy—our work together is about creating safety, curiosity, and deeper connection with yourself.
