I am a social worker practicing psychotherapy at the Aspen Center in the heart of Chicago. My specialties are neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD), LGBTQIA+ experiences, attachment and relationship concerns, and mindfulness. I work with adults, and embrace all relationship structures (romantic, platonic, sexual, familial). I integrate mindfulness with patient consent and collaboration in order to honor your relationship to your body (size, ability, chronic pain or illness, etc.). Patients working with me can expect a genuine warmth that invites collaboration, validation, and empowerment. My therapeutic approaches are focused on psychodynamic, relational, and person-centered, but may include elements of CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Processing, Motivational Interviewing, and Feminist theory.
