Seeking LGBTQ+ affirming mental health services can be challenging and frustrating. As a Filipino American, LGTBQ+ person, I understand how it can feel overwhelming or even lonely when seeking out a therapist. I am dedicated towards seeing you for who you are, and recognizing the wonderful ways your intersections contribute to who you are. We'll work together to identify challenges and areas for growth in your life and collaborate on solutions that are relevant to you and your context, utilizing practices like CBT and talk therapy. I offer fully remote sessions, with weekday and weekend availability! Sessions are $120 for Individuals. You might be able to get reimbursed for out-of-network therapy!
