Provider Description
In your first session, we’ll begin with a collaborative conversation about your goals, needs, and experiences with midlife, and where appropriate, your gender journey. My practice centers trans and gender-expansive individuals navigating menopause, offering trauma-informed, client-led support. I provide one-on-one coaching, education, and somatic tools for managing symptoms, exploring identity shifts, and reclaiming this transition as a source of power. You can also access workshops, ritual integration, and referrals to affirming providers. In addition to direct client work, I train medical professionals in gender-affirming menopause care. All bodies and all experiences are welcome here.
