Provider Description
It is my mission to provide inclusive therapy to folks through a lens that is anti-white supremacy, trauma-informed, queer-affirming, non-pathologizing, and strengths-based. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, grief, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ADHD. I bring a feminist-infused perspective to my practice of psychotherapy which centers on non-judgmental listening, collaborative discourse, and behaviorally specific interventions. Over the years, I’ve developed a practical and conversational counseling style that is results-oriented and uses an integrative approach. I practice from a place of humility, recognizing that I have many intersections of privilege that can create blind spots for me - I’m open to being called in and called up! I’m committed to lifelong learning and enjoy attending trainings and workshops, especially around topics of climate justice, anti-oppression work, collective liberation, radical social justice work, gender, ecotherapy, and somatic healing.
