Hi, I’m Trey — a trans man, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and fitness coach focused on helping people reconnect with their bodies on their own terms. I specialize in injury prevention, postural awareness, sports performance, and post-op recovery. My approach is gender-affirming and rooted in lived experience, after having gone through top surgery, hysterectomy, and RFF phalloplasty myself. I was born and raised in Wisconsin, earned my bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh in 2015, and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse in 2018. I spent my high school and college years as a distance runner, competing in cross country as well as trail marathons. Upon graduation, I worked as a traditional, clinic-based physical therapist in Washington state for 7 years, before looking for a lifestyle change and becoming a nomadic traveler with my partner and dog. Now I coach clients virtually from all over the world. Whether you're navigating chronic pain, building strength, improving performance, or recovering from surgery, I’m here to support your journey with clarity, compassion, and clinical expertise.
