Provider Description
I am a therapist who really values trust and relationship with my clients. You might be dealing with life-transitions, anxiety, depression, or a variety of other struggles. I take each person and treat them as just that, a person. I emphasize a collaborative approach to therapy to help unpack, process, and come up with new ways of coping and maintaining a healthier life. I see clients both virtually throughout all of Texas, as well as in-person in Denton and accept United Healthcare, Aetna, & Cigna insurance plans. You can inquire with me to begin a setup and we offer free 15-minute consultations to make sure you feel great about us moving forward. You can also visit our website and schedule fully online. I will walk you through how to login to our appointment and answer any questions you have prior to appointments. I want to make sure that you feel confident and comfortable coming in to begin therapy! If you feel like you have a hard time getting out of bed, or struggle with regulating your anxiety or big emotions; if you feel like life changes, losses, or relationship difficulties are making it hard for you to do your daily life, I would love to see how we could work together to get you back to a place where you feel confident and in-control.
