I utilize EMDR to work with clients that have experienced trauma and secondary trauma. I also see clients that struggle with Anxiety, ADHD, Anxiety, Eating, Identity. I believe clients hold the truths and help they seek, they just need empowerment and encouragement to access those truths. I enjoy working collaboratively with all clients. In your first session with me we will go through the initial intake and my hope is to begin instilling hope and curiosity in the therapeutic process. The three words I believe describe me as a therapist are Compassionate, Direct, and Humorous. I look forward to working with you.
