Provider Description
I offer flexible scheduling; with sessions on nights and weekends. We can meet at your home, in the community or virtually. I am LGBTQ, kink, ethical non-monogamy, and neurodivergent friendly. I specialize in working with clients ages 11 and up, couples, and families. I have worked with clients with complex trauma, developmental disabilities, Autism, personality disorders, chronic health issues, mood symptoms, behavioral difficulties, and grief/loss. I offer a variety of services tailored to your needs. I use art, movement, mindfulness, coaching, advocacy, hands on skill building, and traditional talk therapy strategies to help you heal and become the best version of yourself. My practice focuses on bringing balance and connection to the self, to the family, and to the community. It can be scary to let someone in, even if that person is there to help. If you've tried "traditional" talk therapy, if you've felt like you have to hide parts of yourself, if you've felt like no one really "gets" you, if skills you've been taught don't make sense; then I would love the chance to work with you.
