Provider Description
I am a 100% telehealth mental health therapist who specializes in anxiety and ADHD, typically among college aged folks or young professionals. I have an extensive history with working with folks within the LGBTQIA community and within the community myself. I’m also recently married! My husband is also a mental health therapist. I believe every human has innate rights and no one should go without. I stand in solidarity with anyone facing discrimination and oppression and my sessions are a safe place for discussing these concerns. I like to set up a consult to determine best fit and schedule. During the first session I conduct an intake and collect background info and then the rest is up to you! My style is less manualized and more conversational, leaning heavily on theories such as feminist theory, person centered and humanistic.
