I am a psychologist who specializes in working with LGBTQ folks feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed in their lives. Utilizing practices that draw from mindfulness, neurobiology, and LGBTQ-affirming care, I try to help folks determine their needs and connect to their values so that they can live full and enriching lives. I work from an understanding that LGBTQ folks often struggle against systemic oppression both visible and not, which can be compounded based on other intersecting marginalized identities. Most of all, I collaborate with clients to determine how they can achieve greater flexibility in their lives and ease suffering, no matter where the source.
