I offer useful in-app recommendations, ask questions to help you get unstuck, and empower you along the way by helping you figure out what's holding you back from achieving your emotional well-being goals. With the Wave Model as a guide, I will support you to define and achieve your emotional well-being goals in a way that truly fits YOU. You may be wondering, how is coaching different than therapy? Coaching and therapy highly overlap in the tools and skills used to help clients. While therapists are licensed to treat diagnosed mental disorders, coaches don’t make diagnoses. As a national board certified coach, I am focused and trained to help you process your emotions and improve your quality of life (regardless of diagnosis).
