Hi, I’m Amy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. My background includes work as a medical social worker, giving me firsthand insight into how health conditions impact both body and mind. I am trained in Grief and Loss, Trauma Informed Care, EMDR, Reiki, and Mindfulness, and for the past six years I have specialized in supporting seniors and mature adults through WellQor. My approach is holistic and person centered, drawing from strength based, solution focused, and evidence based therapies to address each client’s unique needs. I work alongside clients as they navigate life transitions, health changes, and emotional challenges, always keeping their goals and quality of life at the forefront. I believe everyone is doing the best they can, and it is my privilege to listen, support, and walk with you on your journey toward healing and growth.
