Hello! My name is Shannon (they / them). As a therapist, I believe YOU are the expert in your own lived experience. My role is to meet you where you are, listen deeply, and collaborate with you to create meaningful change. I want to understand the unique attributes that make you well... you! Life can be overwhelming, and asking for support takes courage. My goal is to create a space where rest and recovery can happen amid life's challenges, the current political and social climate, and whatever else you're carrying. I work with people navigating OCD, anxiety, depression, and identity development, and have a specific focus on supporting the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities. Creating a space where you feel genuinely safe, respected, and understood is central to everything I do. I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community and living authentically is something I hold close. My hope is to sit alongside clients as they explore their own authenticity - connecting to the core of who they are. When I'm not working you'll find me at home with my two amazing cats reading, crafting, or enjoying time outside.
