I provide affirming therapy for adults navigating anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, identity questions, and more. If you identify as transgender/queer, I am here to provide a nurturing environment where you can come as you and discover who you are. This begins with acceptance. I also work extensively with adults on the autism spectrum and ADHD. Whether you're newly diagnosed or self-identified, I provide a space where you can process without judgment and find strategies that truly fit you. Sex positive, assistance navigating open/polyamorous relationships and ethical non-monogamy.
