Those of us from the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Plus (LGBTQ+) communities have come to realize there is not always care available for us that respects our unique backgrounds. Many of us at Open Mind Health, including CEO Dr. Craig Beach are LGBTQ+ people and understand these unique wants and needs. Through our customized "Positively Queer" wellness tracks - one of 20 of OMH's Wellness Tracks addressing core symptoms, core life domains, and diverse populations - we can help you heal from traumas such as homophobia, rejection, bullying/harassment, and more. Identity, coming out, body image, intimacy, relationships, and workplace experiences are other areas we can explore together to help find a place of resolution, peace, strength, and personal evolution. Whether you're suffering from anxiety, depression, or ADHD, we have caring mental health professionals that develop a customized treatment plan specifically for you. And we believe in primarily one-on-one, face-to-face sessions, as opposed to text and email. Our sessions are video-based and usually last 60 minutes. Our wellness tracks are designed to identify the root cause of your emotional concerns and provide you with tools to help you heal and thrive. We provide you personalized and private support wherever and whenever you need it.
