I offer a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space, including for LGBTQ+ clients. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and identity exploration. My approach is collaborative and culturally responsive, using evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT. First Visit Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy—at your pace, with no pressure. Additional Services I also offer couples counseling, clinical supervision, workshops, support groups, and affordable therapy options through interns, with flexible evening and weekend availability.
