My work is grounded in cultural responsiveness, anti-oppressive values, and deep respect for each person’s unique story. Together, we’ll build a therapeutic relationship rooted in authenticity, compassion, and collaboration. I am an Advanced Counseling Intern at the Aguirre Center for Inclusive Psychotherapy and I am working under the supervision of Dr. Sophia Aguirre Ph.D., CGP, FAGPA. I have experience working with diverse individuals across community mental health, hospitals, helplines, and nonprofits. I welcome you—just as you are—as we explore what healing and growth look like for you. My approach to therapy is grounded in multicultural, constructivist, and humanistic theories, guided by a biopsychosocial and culturally responsive lens. I believe healing happens when we consider the full context of who you are—your identities, relationships, environment, and lived experiences. Therapy with me is collaborative and client-led. You are the expert in your life, and my role is to help you connect with your strengths, insights, and inner wisdom. I show up with curiosity, compassion, and an active presence—offering practical tools, honest feedback, and new ways of seeing things.
