I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in New York City, providing individual therapy to emerging adults—especially those who are neurodivergent, queer, and/or disabled. My clinical work focuses on complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, identity exploration, & transitional stress. I have a particular passion for working with performers, including dancers, actors, and other creatives, as well as athletes. I enjoy helping those who are often overlooked or misunderstood in education and movement spaces find a sense of purpose, belonging, and empowerment in their personal and relational lives. I approach therapy from a relational psychodynamic perspective, meaning I help clients understand how past relationships & early experiences shape their current emotional well-being, relationships, & sense of self.
