Provider Description
My name is Taylor (they/he) and I earned my Masters in Social Work from the University of Arkansas School of Social Work. My background includes community mental health within the foster care system, non-profit social services, and residential treatment for adolescents. I utilize several different modalities including CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, as well as narrative and solution focused therapy. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults within the LGBTQ+ community and are on the autism spectrum. I have experience advocating for the transgender and gender diverse community and have a passion for uplifting others that need their voice to be heard. I also have experience working with individuals who experience PTSD, ADHD, self-harm, substance use, and mood disorders. I approaches therapy with the philosophy that we are doing the best we can with what we have, and that deserves some recognition.
