I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse teens (15+) and young adults navigating identity exploration, authentic self-expression, anxiety, and shame, as well as navigating how these challenges show up in relationships and life transitions. I also can partner with parents of LGBTQ+ youth to offer support and helpful information as they navigate their own questions and emotions. I value therapy that is both practical and meaningful. I use a blend of approaches, including IFS-informed and somatic-informed approaches, to help develop skills and access deeper healing. My work is about helping you understand the parts of you that learned to use things like self-criticism, perfectionism, or masking to survive, and building new and authentic ways of relating to yourself and others. We’ll use practical tools to manage anxiety and emotional overwhelm, while also exploring identity, formative experiences, and nervous system responses.
