Life can be hard to navigate. Do you feel stuck, desiring a shift in your life? Or, are you looking for a compassionate space to continue your self-growth journey? The work of getting to know ourselves more deeply is courageous, and I truly believe that we don't have to do it alone. I would be honored to walk with you and support you on this journey. My focus is to help people work towards a better quality of life by empowering them to see that they are capable of growing and thriving. I specialize in working with BIPOC folks, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence. Additionally, I have experience helping people navigate challenges, including but not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and substance use. In combination with my authentic energy, I integrate the following practices to support you in meeting your unique needs: Psychodynamic therapy , EMDR , DBT and Mindfulness Interventions. As we work together towards your goals, I will meet you where you are emotionally to cultivate a healing space. This will help to ensure you feel safe to be your whole self, as we begin to gently peel back some of the layers of life that may be weighing on you.
