I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in Illinois that runs a virtual practice with a particular focus on helping folks dealing with LGBTQIA+ related issues, addiction, trauma, and phobias break the chains of old behaviors that often keep them feeling disconnected and alone. Once we identify your concerns and goals, I make it a point that you understand all available options. A client's voice and choice guide my process, ensuring we progress at a pace that suits your needs. I also provide EMDR counseling, EMDR consultation for therapists, and am EMDR certified.
