I offer individual, relationship, and family therapy. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, parents, and relationships. I work from an anti-racist, anti-colonial, sex-positive, health at every size, poly, queer, and trans-affirming perspective. I believe in the power of community and safety, so I want to work collaboratively and transparently with you so that we can create space to deconstruct the colonized ideologies that keep us feeling stuck. I believe that telling our story allows us to explore our values, connect with our emotions, create meaning, and get a deeper understanding of “self”, to create connection and healing. I hope in our time together we can build deep and meaningful connections that create stronger relationships with ourselves and others.
