I specialize in working with men (cis gender and non-cis gender). I work with members of the LGBTQ+ populations. My areas of speciality are sex therapy (sexual dysfunctions, relationship intimacy concerns, gender, and sexual orientation concerns), relationship therapy, and non-monogamous couples. I also work with men in particular to help them process concerns related to emotional understanding, development, and communication. I use a blend of Narrative Therapy, Emotion Focused/Emotion Focused Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral/Cognitive Behavioral Sex Therapy, and Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy as the basis of my inquiry and interventions. I am originally from Oregon but have lived in the Philadelphia area for nearly two decades. I am also a cat dad, who values our pets in similar ways to humans and believe they serve a valuable role in our lives.
