Whether you’re managing the challenges of racial or cultural identity or balancing the unique stressors of being a parent, I’m here to help you build resilience and find a renewed sense of purpose in a compassionate, nonjudgmental space. My work focuses on individuals facing identity concerns, with a deep understanding of the impact that racial and cultural identity struggles can have on emotional health. I am a bilingual (Spanish & English) speaking therapist looking to help children and adults with their mental health challenges. I also specialize in supporting parents of children with developmental disabilities, as well as those coping with pregnancy and postpartum challenges. For parents navigating the unique journey of raising children with disabilities or balancing family needs in multicultural environments, I provide tailored support and practical tools to empower your journey. My approach is collaborative and draws on evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques. Together, we’ll explore strategies for managing stress, building self-compassion, and setting realistic goals that help you move forward. Let’s work together toward a more balanced life that honors your unique strengths and experience I treat clients who identify as members of the BIPOC community (Black, African American, Hispanic, Latinx, Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander…etc) and the LGBTQ+ community.
