Provider Description
Most of my work is done within the framework of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This means that my overarching goal is to help you live a life that embodies your values. In addition to working with issues specific to the LGBTQIA+ community, I have worked with clients who wanted to explore ethical non-monogamy within their relationships. Most of my client have experienced traumatic events and, thus, I use a trauma-informed approach in all of my sessions.
