His work is deeply relational and evidence-based—drawing on CBT, DBT, IFS, Compassionate Inquiry, attachment-based and psychodynamic approaches—to support concerns like depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, and the layered stress that can come with identity exploration, coming out, family/religious conflict, and minority stress. Sessions are intentionally paced, collaborative, and focused on sustainable change so you can feel more at home in yourself and your relationships
