Trauma and PTSD can profoundly shape the way we view ourselves and the world. You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. But there is hope. If you are ready to make a change, and feel more connected to yourself and others- I can help. As a licensed clinical mental health counselor specializing in EMDR, I work with women and LGBTQIA+ adult individuals to help release the grip of trauma. I have 7+ years of experience specializing in working with women-identifying and LGBTQIA+ folks who have experienced trauma. I utilize evidence-based Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy as my primary treatment modality. Let's work together to restore connection to your body, live in the present again, and let go of limiting beliefs.
