I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy for adults, with a strong commitment to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. My approach centers the whole person—mind, body, and lived experience—while acknowledging the impact of systemic oppression, racialized stress, and generational trauma. I believe healing is nonlinear and deeply personal, and I strive to create a space that feels affirming, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I work with clients who are seeking deeper self-understanding, emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, and a greater sense of alignment in their lives.
