Provider Description
I am especially passionate about anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, and queer and trans community work — both for LGBTQ+ clients of all ages, and their loved ones who are looking for a safe space to learn. My number one priority is creating a comfortable, person-centered, and safely challenging environment where clients can move at their own pace and trust that they will be met with understanding, support, and respect. While I am formally trained in ERP and LGBTQ+ centered CBT, I am adaptable in my treatment style and believe that supporting client needs and fostering the therapeutic relationship is key. I graduated from the NYU Silver School of Social Work in May, and my practicum experience largely involved psycho-education, small group work, and community advocacy with school-aged LGBTQ+ youth.
