I am a dually board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) founded on the belief that mental healthcare must be inclusive, affirming, and holistic. At Emerald Psych LLC, I provide LGBTQ+ affirming care and telehealth psychiatry services across New Jersey, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be your authentic self. As a provider fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, I deeply understand the nuances of navigating different cultures, identities, and life transitions. My practice specializes in medication management and supportive therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma. During this 60-minute visit, we will explore the specific concerns that brought you to care, review your medical and mental health history, and discuss your goals for wellness. We will also look at the 'whole picture'—connecting your mind, body, and lifestyle. You will have ample time to ask questions about my approach to medication management and integrative mental health. By the end of the session, we will co-create a personalized treatment plan that feels right for you.
