As you’re walking along your path, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed, lost, or stuck. There are often different forks in the road, rough patches, and noises behind you demanding your attention, which make it difficult to continue forward. I’m here to help teenagers and adults seeking to improve their wellness and develop a better understanding of their path. As a queer person, I also know the stressors of navigating a cis-het normative culture. For Trans and gender expansive folx, I use informed consent and self-determination models. Each step on your path is just as significant as the step you took before. As we develop a plan tailored to your goals, we will explore your history that led you to where you are now and your unique strengths that will help you take your next step. I integrate elements of psychodynamic theory, feminist theory, and person-centered theory. I believe that everyone already possesses the tools needed to accomplish their goals. My role is to help you refine those tools, access them, and learn how to apply them in different contexts. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
