I am a white, queer, trans/gender-expansive, neurodivergent, and disabled trauma survivor. My goal is to empower you to find more self-acceptance, compassion, curiosity, and trust for yourself and others, while surviving in unjust systems that often try to steal our joy and reject our humanity. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, chronically-ill and disabled people, using a collaborative, affirming, trauma-centered, and harm reductionist approach to care. You’re not broken, we live in an ableist world that can be disabling, isolating, and unkind. Let’s work together to identify your unique needs, engage your creativity to build individualized tools of support, and empower you to embrace yourself as you are!
